Early-stage proptech startup needed marketing foundations but couldn't afford a full marketing team. Delivered strategic guidance plus hands-on setup that enabled them to execute professional marketing themselves. IQOOH was acquired by 75media in March 2025 - less than three years after launch.

Launching into competitive out-of-home media market with minimal budget and no in-house marketing expertise. Needed professional brand foundation, industry visibility, and marketing systems, but required an approach they could afford and action themselves.

  • Strategic Foundation: Positioning and messaging advice for competitive market entry, plus brand development guidance they could implement internally.

    Content & PR Strategy: Wrote press release and provided PR approach that enabled them to secure Campaign coverage themselves (saving agency fees while hitting their key industry publication).

    Marketing Infrastructure: Advised on setting up essential systems they'd never have thought of: Google Analytics, email marketing, Canva account with branded templates, LinkedIn optimisation for launch.
